Founder of the ComMentor Group, John has been project
leader for all major ComMentor activities. These have ranged
from the re engineering of a $120M in-house communication group
through to creating development programmes for world-wide marketing
communities.
With operational experience ranging from multi national corporations
to new venture start-ups his previous responsibilities included
the development of a 700 strong world-wide marketing community
and the management of new product and market growth for, what
Fortune Magazine regarded as, one of the worlds most competitive
organisation. He has not only created unprecedented profitable
growth but also achieved the UK National Training Award and
the Campaign Award for Advertising.
A Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Marketors and the Worshipful
Company of Information Technologists John is an occasional lecturer
with such as the Institute of Directors, Imperial College and
the Industrial Society and was also a visiting lecturer at the
London Business School for ten years addressing sales and marketing
for start up and fast growth enterprises. Frequently called
upon to judge sales and marketing achievement, recent tasks
have included the National Sales, the British Computer Society
and the Best of Business Awards. |

A practical and very successful marketer with experience in
Blue Chip business to business and IT companies, Graham majors
in business development in the government market and high value
technology sectors. A member of the Qualifications Group of
the Marketing Standards Board with in-company experience of
developing and presenting marketing programmes.
Recent projects have included research into both the world marine
and European IT sectors; the development of a national e-Business
organisation; and a variety of training courses for government,
health service and commercial operations. He also lectures at
final year post graduate level in E Marketing and case studies.

Previously with Saatchi and Saatchi, Bob spent many years in
marketing communications with such companies as 3M and NCR before
moving into major international advertising agencies. Working
both in the UK and world-wide he has extensive experience of
planning and delivering marketing communications campaigns for
such clients as Racal, Nissan Japan, Currys, Dixons, McDonalds,etc.
Recent marketing services activities have included projects
with British Gas, North Eastern Trains, Sun Europe, Hewlett
Packard UK and a pan European General Motors campaign. In addition
he has been involved with the groups training activities including
European IT clients and the joint production and delivery of
a programme designed for media suppliers and agencies addressing
their need to improve client relationships and increase the
effectiveness of campaigns. |

the USA from a UK base, and involved companies such as WH Smith,

operations development, he has delivered ROI in small and large
scale projects in Retail, Utilities, Telecoms and Government
market sectors nationally and internationally. |

Brian benefits from the experience of three careers; the first
as an oil executive with the Royal Dutch/Shell Group of Companies,
the second as a management consultant with Arthur D Little and
the third as Sales and Marketing Director of Rolls-Royce's Industrial
Power Group. From this his main functional experience is in
the areas of strategy and planning, mergers and acquisition
and marketing and sales.
Recent assignments have included a study on the marine market
potential for high specification aerospace technology; a report
on the Gas strategies of major western Oil and Gas companies;
and the assessment of the business, assets, manufacturing systems,
competitiveness and plans of a group of engineering companies.

Bob's experience in multi-national companies in the roles of
general management, sales, marketing and sales training both
in North America and the UK has not only resulted in requests

has significant skills in business development and planning,

and academe. His focus and experience is in the identification
of new business opportunities particularly in the analysis of
the potential applications of new technology. An M.Sc. in Operations
Research and Management Science from Imperial College, London
led to a career in IT industry, followed by secondment to Government.
This in turn has led to strategic consultancy covering such
issues as business and regional development, marketing, market
research, partnerships, and SME development and finance. Stephen
has worked in a great many countries and is a founder member
of World Technology Network. |
