| Strengthening Marketing |
Originally applied to a world-wide community of 800 marketers plus
sales and technical staff, the programme establishes a common business
development culture throughout an organisation while also creating
a common language and an auditable business generating process.

| Skills and Business Cascade |
Designed for the 200 strong central marketing team of a pan European
technology company, key elements were eventually cascaded into the
world-wide subsidiaries in the form of live project specific business
development workshops.

| Evolving Marketing Strength |
Created for a national services company, the approach allowed the
marketers to "pick and mix" their own preferred programme of events.
The only stipulation being that in selecting one of the "five", the
supporting event(s) must also be addressed.

A change in the roles and responsibilities of a 90 strong campaign
management division led ComMentor to analyse their many relationships,
the consequent skills and support needs and to recommend changes to
their support software. We were then tasked with implementing the
new process across the community.

staff, this demanding programme allows for self assessment if required.
Relating specifically to the participants own marketing environment,
it is essential that the events have board level recognition and support.

Designed to support business generating teams addressing long lead
time high value sales, the Strategic Target Attack Group approach
offered our multinational client the opportunity to tailor support
workshops and specialist briefing session to the precise needs of
the multifunctional teams at the right time.

The restructuring of eight divisions of our engineering company client
led to the creation of a briefing workshop and skills events for the
new managers. In addition there were a series of development workshops
for their business units addressing the key issues facing the individual
divisions.

Designed to address the Sales and Marketing skills development of
owners of fast growth SME's, this programme was created and delivered
for the London Business School and ran for over ten years. It also
included separate events for the UK Department of Trade and Industry.
