Created for a national services company, the approach allowed the marketers to "pick and mix" their own preferred programme of events. The only stipulation being that in selecting one of the "five", the supporting event(s) must also be addressed.

Instigating and Implementing Change

A change in the roles and responsibilities of a 90 strong campaign management division led ComMentor to analyse their many relationships, the consequent skills and support needs and to recommend changes to their support software. We were then tasked with implementing the new process across the community.

The restructuring of eight divisions of our engineering company client led to the creation of a briefing workshop and skills events for the new managers. In addition there were a series of development workshops for their business units addressing the key issues facing the individual divisions.
